Preparation: CONSEILS DE CHOCOLATIER. Versez 4 cuillères à café (20 g) de poudre 1848 dans une tasse. Pour rendre la boisson plus onctueuse, remuez tout en ajoutant du lait chaud ou froid (200 ml). Pour une recette encore plus onctueuse, versez le lait et la poudre 1848 dans une casserole. Chauffez tout en remuant avec un fouet et faites bouillir quelques secondes, laissez reposer avant de déguster.
